Pepita Maria Bauhardt

Pepita Bauhardt is a Berlin-based professional dancer, choreographer and coach, and the first official Nike Dance Trainer in Germany. Dancing since early childhood, she has built an impressive career not only as a performer, but also as a mentor and educator with a strong focus on personal growth through movement.

Her work is defined by power, passion, expertise and individuality. Through her classes, workshops and coaching sessions, Pepita empowers people to push their boundaries — both as dancers and as human beings. She places great value on safe, healthy training and strongly advocates the mindset that dancers are athletes.

Throughout her career, Pepita has choreographed and performed for internationally renowned artists and major brands, including Sean Paul, FEID, FLO, Vanessa Mai, NIKE, Defshop, Universal Music and Warner Music. She gained further public recognition as a choreographer and coach on the German TV show POPSTARS and as a lead choreographer for the Netflix and cinema film Into the Beat.

Beyond the commercial dance industry, Pepita is deeply committed to creating meaningful impact through dance. With programs such as the MOVE&GROW Intensive powered by Nike, she creates transformative experiences that combine physical training, mindset work and self-expression.

Her philosophy goes far beyond choreography: dance is a tool for self-love, confidence and connection.
